Discard button does not work in delegated decision tables in CPM

Summary
In a Customer Process Manager (CPM) portal with delegated rules, the discard button on a delegated decision table does not work as expected.
Error Messages
Not applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Include DelegatedRules section in CPMCSR_Home harness.
2. Take any decision table and add to favorites - my access group.
3. Run the portal and launch the decision table per screenshot.
4. Make some changes and click Discard button, observe that it does nothing.
Root Cause
Openrulebykeys and operulespecific events are not handled in pega_cpm_tabbedwork.js, hence the issue.
Resolution
Apply HFix-24538.
