Lambda Functions for Pega API Integration

We offer two boilerplate AWS Lambda functions to help set up external integrations. Both functions demonstrate making a call to the Pega "Create Case" API endpoint, but they can easily be customized to call and return any data available from the Pega API.

1. The first function can be set up with any 3rd-party trigger to create a case with custom data.
2. The second function shows how to integrate with an Amazon Connect contact flow. Callers to your Amazon Connect instance can trigger this AWS Lambda function, creating new cases in Pega with callers' details. This function also returns a variable to Amazon Connect, which you can use to further customize the contact flow.
