Link control launches property name as URL instead of value

Summary
Launching a pop-up on click of a link, uses the Page and Property name as the value of the URL instead of the Page and Property value.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Data page and provide a source as activity.
- Call the property-set method, in the activity, to set the property value.
- Configure a link control, in the section, with openUrlInWindow action on 'OnClick' event.
- Enable 'Use alternative domain'.
- Provide Datapage.property name.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules when a datapage reference was used in the alternative domain for openUrlInWindow action. The pzActionOpenUrlInWindow RUF, which generated the actionstring for openUrlInWindow action did not consider the URL as a property reference unless it started with a dot.
Resolution
Apply HFix-37507.
