Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application.
- Open or create an ME case.
Root Cause
In pr_sys_locks pxUserHost, the column length was Varchar(64), but the value inserted was more than column size.
Resolution
Increase the length of pxUserHost column in the pr_sys_locks table from Varchar(64) to Varchar(255).
