Monitoring the health of your Pega Cloud-delivered applications

Updated on January 17, 2020

In cloud-configured systems, a model of joint responsibility between the cloud provider and its customers ensures that the end solution delivers the expected outcome. To support this shared responsibility, Pega Cloud monitors the health of the overall cloud environment and makes available to our clients the tools and services they need to ensure guardrail compliance, health, and performance of their configured applications. By using the tools described in this article, you can manage your guardrail compliance to keep your applications optimized.

Client-configured applications that are not guardrail-compliant or that do not follow product documentation might not be covered by the Pega Cloud support agreement.
