Back Forward Line chart

line chartA line chart presents values as a series of sloped lines, or as a smooth curve. For example, the standard summary-type report, Arrivals Past Eight WeeksSV (pyArrivalsPastAEightWeeksSV) includes a line chart depicting how many new work items were started in each of the last eight weeks.

To view this chart for your own application:

  1. Select Pega button > Reporting > Access > Report Browser.
  2. Open the Analyze Quality standard report category.
  3. Click the shortcut for Arrivals Past Eight Weeks SV. The report displays, with the line chart at the top.

Line charts for Report Definition reports can be of several subtypes.

You can add a line chart to a summary-type report definition to clearly present the report's data. You can add the chart in the Report Definition rule form directly, or through the Report Editor.

See Working with the Chart Editor for instructions on adding a line chart to a summary-type report.
