Back Forward business exception

A business exception is an unusual condition within a business process that warrants investigation or external review. It may indicate fraud, error, a compliance failure, or other potential harm to the organization, customers, or other parties.

PRPC supports business exception processing through policy overrides, which cause a work item (and all its open assignments) to become suspended temporarily. Like other processing, policy overrides are supported by flows.
