Entry

Entry is the process that users or external systems perform when first creating a work item. For rules and data, the verbs add and create are used interchangeably.

The HTML harness form named Work-.New is sometimes called the work item entry form. You can refer to the process of creating a new object as adding, initializing, and so on.
