Back Forward Funnel chart

A funnel chart presents the progressive reduction of data as it passes from one phase to another. A typical use is to show sales conversion rates: the broadest part of the funnel shows the original number of leads, the next narrower part shows qualified leads, and so on down to leads that are closed and become sales.

Depicting data in this way shows graphically where the most significant reductions are taking place, which may inform corporate strategy.

Funnel charts used with Report Definitions can be of two different subtypes.

You can use a funnel chart to display the data in a Report Definition report by selecting the chart type in the toolbar at the top of the Chart Editor.
