Pega Cloud

Introduced with V5.5, the optional Pega Cloud product (previously known as SmartPaaS) allows IT departments to host multiple separate PRPC systems using one server, implementing a form of "cloud computing". The PRPC instances share compute and database resources, reducing the load on IT systems, and additional virtual systems — each known as a tenant — can be generated on request from clients.
