Back Forward Project Management Framework

The Project Management Framework (PMF) is a PRPC application that implements best practices for the management and tracking of Pega BPM and Scrum projects across multiple PRPC development and QA environments.

By linking application development work to project assignments and displaying them on a developer's Project Worklist, PMF tracks development progress through a real-time communication link that reports and updates the details and ongoing development effort on project work.

PMF also produces professional on-demand project burndown charts, status reports and documents for executive review and project analysis.

For more information about PMF, see the PDN publication Project Management Framework User Guide.
