Back Forward Text direction

Derived from a locale setting, the text direction of a user's browser session reflects how writing in a language is presented on a page.

For example, the text direction of English and German is right-to-left; the text direction of Arabic — corresponding to the locale ar — and Hebrew is left-to-right.

Using an appropriate portal rule (Rule-Portal rule type) and skin rule (Rule-PortalSkin rule type), the WorkManager and WorkUser portals can be localized to support both right-to-left and left-to-right locales.

The PublicAPI function getTextOrientation() returns the current text direction of a user. R-18897
