Back ForwardCase type criteria

Use options in the Case Type Criteriasection of the Application Document Wizard to include specific details about each case type in the generated document.

Each option is a check box. Some options include child level options that add further detail. For example, you can include information about flows, and optionally, additional details on the assignment shapes in each flow.

The full set of options and their hierarchy are explained below.

Flows — rule data and a screenshot of each flow in the application. Assignments — all assignment shapes in each flow. Notify — message and correspondence details for the assignment.
Routing — assignee details.
SLA — the service level agreement rule for the assignment.
Utilities — all utility shapes in each flow along with their related activities. Show full chain of activities — for each activity in the flow, all other activities called and their referenced activities.
Show decision rules called - all decision rules called from each flow.
Show integration rules called — all integration connectors called from each flow.
Integrators — all integration shapes in each flow.
Assignment-Services — all assignment-services shapes in each flow, including related SLA and activity details.
Show parameters — parameter data for each shape in a flow.
Subflows — all subflow shapes in each flow, including information on the flows called by each subflow.
Inherited Flows — rule data and a screenshot for each flow that belongs to a built-on application. This option depends on the Include parent check box value.

Local Actions — local actions for each flow.

NoteWhen the Assignments option is also selected, local actions for assignment shapes are also included.

Specifications — flow wide and shape specific specifications, including any attachments. Acceptance Criteria — acceptance criteria for each specification. This option is helpful when your application uses the Scrum methodology.
Requirements — requirements and (when the Specifications option is selected) their related specifications.
Harnesses — all harnesses used by each flow.
Flow Actions — flow actions used by each flow. Pre and post activities — activities specified on the Action tab of each flow action's rule form.
All activities used by flow action - activities used by each flow action.
Decisions — rule data for decision category and when rules.
Referenced Properties — any property referenced by a case type.

Entity Relationship Diagrams — all Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) created for each case type.
