Using the Records Explorer

Use the Records Explorer to quickly access rule and data instances in your application stack:

1. Navigate to the Records Explorer in the Explorer area.
   
2. Expand any category to see an alphabetical list of rule types.
3. Click any rule type to view a list of instances in the Designer Studio work area. For example, expand the Process category and click Flow to set a list of Rule-Obj-Flow rules.
4. Use right-click actions on any category or rule type to quickly create or view rules.

You can change a rule's category by updating the Advanced tab on the class rule form.
