Agent

The Pega-ProcessEngine agent supports calculations defined in case type rules. If your application includes these rules, enable the Agent Schedule instance for this agent.

Tracer

You can send case type calculations to the tracer by adding CaseType as an event type. See Tracer — Setting Options.

Standard case type rule

Your system contains the standard case type rule PegaSample-CustomerRequest.pyDefault. This rule is included in the sample application defined by the PegaSample work pool and demonstrates operation of a case type rule.

Rule updates on the History tab

Click View Full History on the History tab to display a record of rules edited or created from the Case Designer Stages & Processes tab. This feature allows system architects to review updates made by business analysts and other developers. It also allows business analysts to easily convey to fellow team members a record of configuration changes.
