Adding a case attachment from a CMIS repository

At run time, you can add content from a CMIS repository to a case in the Attachments section.

  1. Click Attach new in the Attachments section and select the value that you entered in the Label for 'Upload CMIS content' menu item field on the Integration & security tab of the application rule.
  2. Browse and attach a file from one or more CMIS repositories. These repositories correspond to the Connect-CMIS records that are available for the current operator.

The case attachment now appears in the Attachments section.

Tip: To remove a case attachment, click the Delete icon next to the name of the attachment.
