This rule type is part of the PegaSurvey framework. Complex question rules are available to users with access to the PegaSurvey RuleSet.

Both developers and managers can create, update, and deploy complex questions. Although developers can work directly with complex group rule forms, as a best practice, create and manage complex groups through the My Surveys tab on the Survey Management landing page.

Access the landing page by selecting Designer Studio > Survey Management > My Surveys.

Complex questions are questions in surveys that might have a unified response method, such as a set of radio buttons (“Select the answer that best reflects…”) or check boxes (“Select all that apply…”). Complex questions can have the following answer types:

There are also simple questions.

Where referenced

Surveys include one or more question pages. Each question page references one or more simple or complex questions, and can include a mixture of both types.
