Case Manager portal — Tag Deck
The Tag Deck is an area in which case managers access cases that are associated with a tag.
For the selected tag, the Tag Deck displays:
- Most Urgent: unresolved cases sorted by urgency. Appears as a tab in the top left corner of the Tag Deck.
- Recently Resolved: recently resolved cases filtered by work pool. Appears as a tab in the top left corner of the Tag Deck.
- Top Resolvers: top resolvers of the selected tag. Appears as a list on the right side of the Tag Deck.
- Related Tags: all tags used in conjunction with the currently selected tag. Appears as a list on the right side of the Tag Deck.
To open the Tag Deck:
- Click the Dashboard link on the left side column in the Case Manager portal.
- Enter a tag in the search box in the top right corner, then click the magnifying glass to start the search.
- A sub-window with search results will appear. Select the appropriate tag in the Matching Tags list that appears underneath the row of drop-down menus to access the Tag Deck page for that tag.
