You can configure a case type to be displayed in the New menu in express mode, and in the +Create menu in Designer Studio. In addition to enabling Express users to create new instances of the case type, it also creates an instance of the case type in Express.
In the explorer panel of Designer Studio, click Cases and then click the name of a case type.
On the Settings tab, click General.
Select the Show in 'New' menu check box.
Click Save.
