Back Forward About Customer Journeys

Purpose

Create a Customer Journey rule to configure stages and steps customers go through as they engage with a brand for a specific outcome, such as applying for a credit card or adding a new mobile device. You can define stages for each unique scenario in a customer journey, and specify the conditions in which customers move between them. Each stage has defined entry criteria, and can be further divided into steps. Each customer journey step can be linked to an Offer.

You can define customer journeys for primary customer entities. For more information about customer entities and contexts, see Context Dictionary landing page.
