Summary

From Pega developer portal user gets an error "Invalid Url used in Request" when user tries to open Agent Schedule.

User has following modification on prconfig.xml:

<env name="/initialization/ErrorOnInvalidThreadName" value="true" />
 

Error Messages

"Invalid Url as Request"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the developer portal.
2. Go to Records>SysAdmin>Agent Schedule.
3. Try to order the schedule and open a couple of agent schedule.

Root Cause

It is an expected behavior, because Obfuscated URL is supported for runtime and not design time.

Resolution

Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior: 

Pega does not support the following functional areas when URL Obfuscation is enabled:

•  Developer portal​
• External Assignment processing
•  Importing any RAP
• Creation of reports, category in Case portal

An enhancement request, FDBK-15129, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
