Anchor tab in the Tab layout is unresponsive

Summary
When a tab name is long in the Tab layout, the out-of-the-box Anchor tab which displays, is unresponsive. This occurs on a mobile device.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a Tab layout with three tabs: To-do, Completed, and Meds Delivery Preference. The Anchor tab displays since the name of the third tab is long.
- Click the Anchor tab in mobile.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
Resolution
Include the below local-change in the UserWorkForm to suppress the Anchor tab completely.
