Auto refresh work object tabs in a portal

Summary
In dynamic container, making change in a child work object tab are not reflected in the parent work object tab when active.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
1. Use a dynamic container.
2. Create a Master case that opens up in it's tab and child case that opens up in its own tab.
3. Change the information in the child case.
4. Click on the master case tab to check whether the information gets updated.
Root Cause
Refresh when active is not supported for work object tabs in the dynamic container.
Resolution
Refresh when active is not supported for work object tabs in dynamic container.
