Steps to Reproduce

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
In touch-enabled devices, touch events take priority over mouse events. Touch or mouse combination devices are not supported completely by PRPC.
Support for such devices is delivered in Pega 7.3.

Resolution

Best Practice: Update or upgrade to Pega 7.3.

If you need to continue using Pega 7.2, perform the following local-change:
  1. Disable the Enable touch events option in Chrome.
  2. Apply HFix-29295.
