Clicking label of radio button, other radio button gets selected

Summary
The reported issue happens when user clicks on radio button text (Not the Radio Button).
When clicked on radio button label of the second row, it triggers the click event for the first row and both the radio buttons are getting selected.

Steps to Reproduce
In a repeat grid, add a section containing radio buttons.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules, that the radio button generation was incorrect as in the grid it was generating the same id in the Data Object Model (DOM).
Resolution
Apply HFix-33007.
The Rule-Utility-Function (RUF) for radio button generation has been changed.
