Summary

Composite portal doesn't show Spaces menu bar in Pega 7.1.6. The portal rule was created in Pega 6.2 SP2 After upgrade, default harness is shown in Details tab and rest of the harnesses doesn't show

Steps to Reproduce

1) Create Composite portal in Pega 6.X
2) Updrade the version to Pega 7.1.6

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a backwards compatibility defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.

Resolution

The explanation for this behavior is as follows: 

Till 7.1.5 spaces tab was included to hold more than one harness rules but displays only the default harness.  From 7.1.6 it was intentionally knocked out as this was done to make the rule form less complex. As displaying a list of harness with spaces is completely mis-leading at design time.  The new composite portals have no concept of spaces from ML 6.
