Connect SOAP does not handle response from service

Summary
SOAP Connect is configured using WSDL and the resulting tests fail. The response is not correctly mapped to the Clipboard.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Host WSDL and Response.xml on workstation.
2. Configure SOAP Connect from WSDL and update the resulting activity to use Response.xml as endpoint. The resulting execution matches the reported behavior.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is in Response.xml object being created by the invoked service. It does not follow the correct namespace definition. The incorrect version is as follows:
Resolution
Update the service to send corrected Response.xml.
