Consume more time to convert HTML to PDF

Summary
"Create PDF" smart shape default activity (HTMLToPDF) consume more time to generate the PDF document.
Error Messages
No error message (more time consuming)
Steps to Reproduce
1. Select BV intent task.
2.Proceed with the GDE.
3.Proceed with the BV Data Entry.
4.Proceed with the BV Policy Research.
5.Proceed with the BV Outcome.
6.Generate the PDF.
Root Cause
A third-party product issue with pd4ml libraries which caused slowness in PDF generation.
Resolution
User has to set to 'true' for ‘isClearCache’ and ‘pyHTMLDisableProcessing’ parameters of HTMLToPDF OOTB activity which reduced the generation time to 12 seconds from 50 seconds.
