Error prebuilding conclusion task during upgrade

Summary



Admin upgrading to Pega 7.1.7. Although the upgrade of the rules schema finishes successfully there is an error in the "Prebuild Conclusion" task which has identified an invalid class on the system.


Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce



Run upgrade to Pega 7.1.7


Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the PRPC operating environment.
This error indicates that WORK-GENERALCUSTOMERCASE is invalid. One reason this class could be invalid is if it indicates it is part of a class group and there is no such class group on the system.

Resolution



This issue is resolved through the following local change: Identify and correct the issue with the invalid class.
