Error in Property-Set-HTML

Summary
There are errors when calling the Property-Set-Method which includes a Harness while generate a stream of work object data that requires to be exported to an archival system. The included Harness cannot be resolved correctly.
Error Messages
"pzHarness cannot be resolved"
Steps to Reproduce
Create a harness rule, embed within a Rule-Obj-HTML rule and execute Property-Set-HTML method in an activity.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules.
In Pega 7, newly created pages can no longer be classless or have a blank pxObjClass property. This can impact activities carried over from previous versions of Pega which included classless step pages.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local-change:
Specify a step page with a class that has access to the harness rule (defined on the Pages & Classes tab).
