Error while opening Drill down report

Summary
User performed upgrade from PRPC 6.2 application to Pega 7.1.7. After this getting to this error on drilling down the report from the custom portal .
Error Messages
"Java null pointer exception"
Steps to Reproduce
1)Create Report Definition (RD).
2)Configure a drill-down report for the above RD.
3)Create a Harness> Section> TreeGridLayOut,source>RD.
4)Create a custom portal > Harness > Section > workareacontrol > parameters(Tabbed=Yes)->provide the above harness.
5)Launch the portal and switch to the configured tab.
Root Cause
In pzDrillDownReport activity step:27 one must modify the code to get the top level Page and find the pzPagetoDisplay to find the drill down report code-pega-list page.
And further add pxQueryTimeStamp so that drill down should work in any levels.
Resolution
Apply HFix-27823.
