Summary



A local action button is set within a repeat grid. On launching the local action, an error is generated. Errors launching flow action from repeating grid


Error Messages



"Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-FLOWACTION' with the name 'DISPLAYEMAILCONTENT' that applies to '@baseclass'. There were 4 rules with this name in the rulebase, but none matched this request. The 4 rules named 'DISPLAYEMAILCONTENT' defined in the rulebase are: 4 related to applies-to class '@baseclass', but were defined on subclasses: {Data-Corr-Email, Link-Attachment}.
 

Steps to Reproduce



1. Log in to the application.
2. Launch Interaction Portal.
3. Select New > Demo Connor.
4. Add Task > Ticketing.
5. Other actions > refresh.
6. Double click the row of Repeat grid.
 

Root Cause



A software use or operation error. It was observed on the Clipboard that pxObjClass was empty, leading the loss of context, and assuming the class as @baseclass at run time.
 

Resolution



Perform the following local-change:

In the activity that populates the results in the repeat grid, add a method parameter to set the Class.
