Filter does not work for Date type property

Summary
The result is not loaded when filter is applied on date column in the repeat grid. However, it loads the result if DateTime property is used instead of Date property. Report defintion is used as a source for repeat grid.

Steps to Reproduce
Create a Date type property, and apply the filter function on the property.
Root Cause
Oracle TIMESTAMP datatype is not supported in Pega.
