Find work gadget is stuck after using 3 times consecutively

Summary
Find Work gadget is stuck after being used for three times consecutively on same work object.
A busy icon is observed which freezes the screen and the only option user has is to close IE and relaunch the application. The behavior is observed on IE 11.
Error Messages
None, only screen freezes.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Access Pega 7.1.8 using IE 11 as client.
2. Search for an workobject, search second time for same workobject, when tried for the third time, browser is stuck.
Root Cause
This is an issue observed due to usage of a deprecated control.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Change FindWorkGadget control to pyFindWorkGadget control. The control "FindWorkGadget" is a deprecated control and is no longer used.
