Summary

User created integration layer, used in the application, to communicate with external services using StartNewFLow. All works fine but not for Save or Refresh button on Harness level (top right corner).
Error message displays on using these buttons and task appears in Case structure named "Reconcile inconsistency in stage processing link". 

Error Messages

Error FlowProblemMissingStageFlow <Flow Name> occurs and task appears in Case structure named "Reconcile inconsistency in stage processing link"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a button is a section
2. In the Properties button, add "Action Refresh - this section" and add Activity which launches through StartNewFlow a new flow
3. Click the Refresh button or Save button

Root Cause

A software use or operation error due to missing configuration and wrong parameters passed to the activity.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

1. Set correct parameters:

param.flowClass = ""
param.CurrentStage = ""
param.flowType = <your flow ID here>

2. Add the process that is run, in the Supporting Process list of the parent CaseType
