Steps to Reproduce
Include scrollable content in the portal.
Root Cause
The background color for HTML tag is set to gray and for harnessBody tag it is set to white. As the harnessBody background color overrides, this is set to white.
However, the <body> tag does not cover the entire view of the page, while the <html> tag covers the entire page content.
Hence, upon scrolling horizontally or vertically and as the <body> tag does not cover the entire page content, the HTML background color (gray) is visible.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change in the UserWorkForm or in a particular harness included styles level: <style>
html{
background:white !important;
}
</style>
