Error occurs during browser refresh after closing modal dialog

Summary
Using a Display harness work object is opened in the Review mode and another flow is launched in a modal dialog.
The modal dialog is closed without making any changes (using the Close button). Error occurs during a browser refresh.
Error Messages

Error message:
Problem invoking function: pega_processengine_workutilities.pzHasAccessToWorkPool--(String), Undefined class
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a case.
- Perform a task on the case.
- Click the Close button to close the case.
- Refresh the harness.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-43497.
