Horizontal fit to width in grid layout does not work correctly

SA-8744

Summary

The content width in the grid layout is set to "Fill (100%)" and "Responsiveness" is selected. However, a horizontal scroll bar appears with 1280 x 1024 screen resolution when the screen is displayed.

Instead of the screen adjusting itself when width of the window is reduced, the content hides with the appearance of horizontal scroll bar. Selection of "Enforce CSS minimum width" checkbox in "Display Options" tab of the harness is not persisted after saving and check-in of the harness.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a grid layout with report definition as a data source.
2. Set content width to "Fill (100%)" in "Presentation" tab of the grid properties and select "Responsiveness".
3. Select "Enforce CSS minimum width" in "Display Options" tab of the harness.

Root Cause

The issue is specific to custom implemenation. The grid layout has responsiveness checked and also the priority of the column is marked as secondary.

Resolution

Copy the working repeat grid to the section that has the non-working repeat grid, then remove the non-working grid. The reponsiveness works fine and the scrollbar does not appear.
