On hover on menu item,font and color are'nt changing as expected

Summary
The user has configured Menu.
When user hovers the menu item, then menu item font color and size has to change.

Steps to Reproduce
Configure a menu with navigation rule.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
When user hovers the menu, the menu item back ground color is changed as expected. However font styles are not changing as expected. At skin level user can not configure the hover styles.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change in UserWorkForm rule:
.menu-format-standard.menu-bar.menu-horizontal > .menu-item > .menu-item-anchor .menu-item-title,.menu-format-standard.menu-bar.menu-vertical > .menu-item > .menu-item-anchor .menu-item-title:hover{
color:<color code>;
font-size: <vcalue>;
}
