In general, the procedure is the following:
- Run the standalone class JCECapabilities to determine the choices available for your site
- Run the standalone class PRCipherGenerator to generate a class skeleton for your site specific cipher
- Review and edit your skeleton site specific cipher class
- Run the script compileAndLoad to add the site-specific cipher class to the appropriate codeset.
