Listener does not release requestors

SA-11143

Summary



A listener is designed to process background integration tasks.
However, shortly after starting the listener (after 10 initial requests) it is unable to process any further requests due to borrower time outs.


Error Messages



2015-03-14 13:12:31,856 {ABSOLUTE} [stenerThreadPool : 0] [ ] ( internal.mgmt.PREnvironment) ERROR JMS|CSTWorkflowASync|Services|CaptureInbound - Problem obtaining requestor from ServiceRequestorPool
com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRException: Timed out borrowing service requestor from requestor pool


Steps to Reproduce



Fire requests to Pega listener, first 10 requests gets processed successfully. After this the error can be observed in the logs as it is unable to get a requestor from the pool.

Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.

Resolution



This issue is resolved by HFix-22074.
