Login error - This content cannot be displayed in a frame

Summary
PegaRULES engine starts successfully but when users try to log in, the UI does not display correctly. Screen comes up blank on Chrome and when using Internet Explorer, the below error message is received.

"This content cannot be displayed in a frame" on the screen
Steps to Reproduce
Log in to the Pega application.Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. The Apache HTTP plugin for WebLogic frontend webserver was configured with the X-Frame-Options of DENY.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment:
In Apache configuration (http.conf) set the "Header always append X-Frame-Options" to SAMEORIGIN.
