Steps to Reproduce
Run Migrate Product wizard to encounter the error.
Root Cause
PegaDiagnosticUser security role is not configured at server level correctly in the source system. There is no Data-Admin-System-Security class instance in the source system.
Resolution
In the source system, verify that the PegaDiagnosticUser security role is defined for the Pega server node. Normally, this security role is configured during installation of PRPC server. For more information refer, Assigning the PegaDiagnosticUser Role on Page # 41, in the following guide (as you are using JBoss).
https://pdn.pega.com/documents/pega-717-installation-guide-for-jboss-red-hat-eap-on-oracle
Also, confirm that an instance of the Data-Admin-System-Security class exists with this security role as the key. The user and password information must match the ones specified at server for this security role. Refer below PDN link for help.
