Summary

Unable to edit flow in Visio.

Error Messages

Could not load some objects as they are not available in this machine

Steps to Reproduce

1. Import the attached generic XML Pega flow file using Import file from file wizard.
2. Create a flow using this wizard.
3. Open the flow after the wizard creates the flow.
4. Navigate to Visio view mode, and click Edit externally using Visio option.

Root Cause

64-bit Microsoft Office 2010 caused the issue. Refer to the support guide given below:

Resolution

Install 32-bit Microsoft Office 2010.
