Summary



User is using a third party tool (dynatrace - super vision tool) and can see the below error messages thousands of times in that tool.

No service named urn:PegaRULES:SOAP:PegaAES:Events is available
No service named urn:PegaRULES:SOAP:PegaAES:Events#logAlert is available

The above error messages are appearing only in the dynatrace tool and not in any Pega related log files. User wants to know on how to prevent this.

No service named urn:PegaRULES:SOAP:PegaAES:Events#logAlert is available


Steps to Reproduce



1. Install PRPC in a machine.
2. Configure AES for that in another machine.
3. Install dynatrace and monitor the nodes.
4. In the dynatrace console one can see the error messages.


Root Cause



The error is caused by a masked exception in a third party library (Apache axis). Below is the error causing code.


Resolution




An enhancement request, FDBK-16527 has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management as Pega has to repackage the apache axis code.
