    at com.pega.pegarules.priv.FUAUtil.throwUnresolvedAssemblyError(FUAUtil.java:423)
    at com.pegarules.generated.expressions.ra_action__pxactorscount__d08896a666e1551c5ee6cd40f6ad64c9.perform(ra_action__pxactorscount__d08896a666e1551c5ee6cd40f6ad64c9.java:109)

Steps to Reproduce

Attempt to open any rule in the Developer portal.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The VTable entry for the declarative rule pxActorsCount became corrupt.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Use the SMA tool under Advanced > Virtual Rule Table Cache Management to delete the database cache entry for the rule.

The required parameters for the command can be found by opening the XML for the rule pxActorsCount.

pxObjClass is Rule-Declare-Expressions. pxInsID is !.PXACTORSCOUNT! (exclamation points are required).

Once user enters the parameters, click on the "Lookup Virtual Table Cache Detail" button.

One will see one or more entries. Then click on the "Reassemble Candidates" button. This will delete the corrupt entry, and the next time user references the rule, the correct entry should be generated.
