Not able to start PRPC application on WebLogic server

Summary
User is not able to start the PRPC application on WebLogic server.
User has installed WebLogic server 12c, on that has deployed Pega 7.1.9. While trying to start the PRPC application after deployment the service is not starting up and throws error.
Error Messages
“java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: com.pega.pegarules.web.servlet.WebAppLifeCycleListener.contextInitialized(javax.servlet.ServletContextEvent)”
<Error> <Deployer> <BEA-149202> <Encountered an exception while attempting to commit the 7 task for the application "prpc_wls_jee4" on [partition-name: DOMAIN].>
Steps to Reproduce
Not Applicable.
Root Cause
The datasource was not configured correctly, hence the pzcodeset version was not being picked from database and engine startup was failing.
Resolution
User reconfigured the datasource by mapping to the proper Managed server.
