NullPointerException after upgrading to PRPC 7.1.7

Summary
After Upgrade to PRPC 7.1.7, On login, it is showing blank screen.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Execute the scripts as per PRPC 7.1.7 Upgrade Guide
2. Deploy PRPC 7.1.7 war files
3. Bring the Application up
4. Enter the URL
5. Try to login with [email protected]
6. Got java.lang.NullPointerException (check attached logs)
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-20115
