NullPointerException and PRRunTimeError for the UpdateOpenCoveredTasks activity (in Step 4).

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the Pega portal.
- Create a parent–child relationship case flow.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Certain codes returned a Null value and performed operations on that null value.
When the pyStatusWork of cover was changed, the Work-Cover-.UpdateOpenCoveredTasks activity was called from the DECLARE TRIGGER Work-Cover-.UpdateCoveredTasks. The exceptions that occurred were because of this activity.
Resolution
Apply HFix-38068.
