Steps to Reproduce
- Upgrade from PRPC 6.3 SP1 to Pega 7.1.8
- Log in to Designer Studio and click the Launch button
Root Cause
There are multiple access groups present for the current application with which the user logged in and in the Advanced tab of one of those access groups, there was an invalid production ruleset configured in Run time configuration section.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Modify the access groups to use a valid ruleset version in the production rulesets specified in the runtime configuration of the rule and remove all the invalid ruleset versions from the application rules.
